I’m so pleased to be able to finally tell you that we have Delicious Alchemy in stock!
For those of you who have yet to hear of this amazing brand, let me introduce them to you. Delicious Alchemy found their beginnings in 2006. It was the vision of one woman, Emma, to create gluten free foods that were natural, healthy and delicious after she was diagnosed as a coeliac herself.
She quit her job as a computer games producer and returned to university to study food science and marketing and so, Delicious Alchemy was born. The dedicated team behind the company are committed to seeing gluten free foods become common place and are always looking to extend their range further.
We first fell in love with them at one of the Allergy & Free From Shows last year. Since then we’ve baked up and tested their mixes to ensure that they are as good as they look. We were not disappointed!
Their brownie mix in particular was gorgeous. Naomi made it at home and brought it into the office, we were all demanding for her recipe when she told us it was a Delicious Alchemy mix! It had the perfect balance of a firm and crisp topping with a moist, soft centre. What’s really great, is that it only took Naomi half an hour to make it. Needless to say, like most things chocolate, it didn’t last long in our office.
